Information Clause
In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR“, DENCKERMANN SP. Z O.O. with its registered office at Daniszewska Street 14, 03-230 Warsaw provides the following information:
PERSONAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR
- The administrator of your personal data is Denckermann sp. z o.o. with its registered office at Daniszewska Street 14, 03-230 Warsaw (hereinafter “Administrator”). You can contact the Administrator by correspondence at the above address of the Administrator’s office.
PURPOSE, SCOPE, AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
- Your personal data is processed based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, in connection with the legitimate interest of the Administrator, which involves:
- the ability to ensure ongoing contact, i.e., to respond to a question asked via email or contact form,
- conducting marketing activities (to the extent resulting from the content of the expressed consent to receive commercial information),
- for purposes related to the protection of the Administrator’s rights through the establishment, exercise, or defense against claims.
- The Administrator informs that if consent is given to receive commercial content, it can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the validity of processing that took place before the consent was withdrawn.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
- Authorized personnel of the Administrator and entities providing support to the Administrator on the basis of commissioned services, in accordance with concluded agreements (i.e., marketing, postal, legal advisory, IT, and technical support services), will have access to your personal data.
PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA STORAGE
- Your personal data will be processed:
- for the time necessary to finalize the matter that is the subject of the correspondence,
- in other cases for a period of 3 years for archival purposes,
- in the case of consent to receive commercial information, until its withdrawal, i.e., until an effective objection to data processing is raised,
- until the expiration of the periods indicated in the legal provisions regarding the limitation of claims.
RIGHTS YOU ARE ENTITLED TO IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
- You have the right to:
- request access to your personal data, its rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability, to object at any time to the processing of personal data for reasons related to your particular situation (including withdrawal of consent to receive commercial information),
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office at the address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
INFORMATION ON DATA PROCESSING
- Providing personal data is required to enable contact and respond to the inquiry. Providing data to receive ordered commercial information is voluntary.
- Your personal data will not be processed for automated decision-making purposes. Data processed for marketing purposes may be profiled.
- The Administrator does not intend to transfer your data outside the European Economic Area or to international organizations.
