REGON): 140844703 , hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller, in connection with the entry into force on 25 May 2018 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) shall hereby inform that it may process your data as the controller of personal data, if there are legal grounds for this.

Therefore, the Controller shall notify that:

  • to perform the agreement to which you are a party
  • to take action at your request prior to the conclusion of the agreement, in particular: conclusion of commercial contract, delivery of goods, logistical support for orders and goods returns, filing complaints, pursuing claims
  • fulfil the legal obligation to which the Controller is obliged under the following Acts: Act of 26 July 1991 on personal income tax; Act of 29 August 1997, Tax ordinance for the registration of deliveries and supplies

The data provided may be processed on the basis of Article 6 Clause 1 Item a), b), c) and f) of the GDPR;

Personal data may be stored for the period required to pursue the above purposes.
In the case of data processing with your consent – your personal data will be stored until the withdrawal of consent. If the provisions of law require prior removal of your personal data or longer storage, the Controller will comply with this legal obligation.

You shall be entitled to request the Controller to provide you with an access to your personal data, its correction, deletion or limitation of its processing.
