EGR valves
The EGR valve is a small device mounted between the exhaust system and the intake system. By its action, it helps reduce the emission of harmful nitrogen oxides, which are produced during fuel combustion. The valve works under harsh conditions, as high temperatures promote the deposition of soot from exhaust gases on it. Over time, soot collects in the valve, which deteriorates the patency of the EGR valve. It is often the cause of a blocked "flap" in the valve, causing it to remain open or closed. A damaged EGR valve will result in an error on the dashboard. But there is a panacea for this in the form of Denckermann replacement parts. The new line can be found under the number E40*** (asterisks indicate consecutive numbers).
